Welcome to Miles Murdocca's training Web page. In addition to leading IIUSA, I enjoy teaching. I serve as a part-time instructor, teaching college level computer science courses, information technology certification courses, and military communications at echelons above corps (EAC). EAC is digitized voice, data, and video carried over military LAN and WAN links.

I hold a B.S. in electrical and computer engineering from the University of Connecticut, and M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Computer Science from Rutgers University. My research in high speed switching for networking and telephony resulted in the original work A Digital Design Methodology for Optical Computing, (Miles Murdocca), The MIT Press. This background in computer architecture and networking supported my expertise as a researcher, an instructor, and an IT training manager at Rutgers University and IIUSA for the past several years.
